Service Description. This Site describes Pasta, Mofongo Shrimp, Mofongo Chicharron De Pollo, Yaroa, Churrasco, Tacos, Quesadillas provided by Enigma Restaurant & Grill. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. Enigma Restaurant & Grill (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Account Closure. Enigma Restaurant & Grill reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

As-Is Basis. https://enigmarestaurantgrill.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Enigma Restaurant & Grill makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Damages. Enigma Restaurant & Grill is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Enigma Restaurant & Grill from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Choice of Law. PA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of PA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
